At Foundation Systems we are able to provide and install High Capacity Helical Piles for bearing capacities up to 500 tons in most soils. We are directly associated with the manufacturer and can design any pile configuration including various pile shaft diameters and single to multi helices to meet each job specification. In addition, all of our pile systems can be grouted for increased capacities. All of our larger pile installation machines are equipped with computerized data recording equipment for torque, pressure and installation depth as well as GPS navigation system for pile layout and a precise pile placement.
Piles for New Construction
Our round shaft Helical Piles are used in new construction for primary support or existing construction providing supplementary support. All pile installation operations are vibrationless with no soil removal required and immediate bearing capacities ranging 20 tons to 250 tons.
